Snowy Sunrise
I took a walk as the sun came up.
The blanket of ice and snow crunched under my boots. I love that sound.

Thank you! I know, I know. I’m learning the hard way that it is so beautiful until you’ve got to go somewhere! Ugh.

It IS beautiful. Until you have to be somewhere important and fast! AND until the mud kicks up in your face while driving the 4 wheeler to grain the horses!

Ugh, mud is my least favorite part of snow. I wish it could just stay dry under all that white…

I like the crunch of snow but I don’t like the crunch of me falling on it! It’s beautiful. Isn’t that early even for your corner of the world? 🙂

Yeah, the sharp crystals don’t feel good on the booty! No, it’s pretty much right on time I think. But really, the weather that occurs out here is so unpredictable so I’d say, yes, it’s right on time. We need the moisture so we aren’t complaining.

Ohhhhhh SO jealous that you have some snow! I’ve seen it playing on the peaks down here in Colorado, but have yet to wake up to that blanket of white. Thank you for sharing your beautiful photos, as always 🙂

Beautiful! It’s hard to believe that you are taking pictures of that and in good ol Texas it’s in the 80s and humid. I wouldn’t mind some of your weather right about now!

Ha! My dad said the SAME thing! He said, “that is so hard to believe, it’s 80 degrees here!” (he’s in Georgia)

Oh me too Kenny T! It’s so crisp. I stepped out on the porch first to let me skin feel it for a few minutes before I bundled up for my walk. I LOVE it!

Ha! Thanks Diana! Glad I can deceive you 😉 Although it isn’t all that cold. But the coziness comes when I get inside with a cup of coffee by the fire after shooting.
