Snowy Tree Canopy

Had another little snow storm. Took another snowy drive toward the hills. I’ve always liked this canopy over this part of the road that crosses over a creek. We don’t have a lot of trees down low unless you are near a water source. The contrast of the Cottonwoods in a vast landscape of rolling hills always catches my eye.
The clouds were thick but I saw evidence of the clear blue sky through a thin split in the clouds. It’s still winter, y’all.

I haven’t commented in a while – but that doesn’t mean my family and I aren’t thoroughly enjoying your pictures and descriptions. While I’m not a big fan of snow/winter – you have made us fall in love with the season. We were talking the other day about Matilda and how we miss her, too. Sure she’s with you in spirit, certainly not forgotten by her fans! So happy that you are staying busy with photographing! Much success! Stay snuggly! Sending warm thoughts from Savannah!
