Fishing on the North Platte
We spent a lovely sunset on the North Platte River last night waiting for the catfish to bite.
Patrick loves to fish. I love watching his excitement when he catches one.
We were celebrating his cousin’s birthday and she sent us home with this catfish and others from the freezer. It felt like it was our birthday! Thanks for a wonderful evening guys.
Hope you have a great weekend friends! Thanks as always for visiting me here… 🙂
Great pics of sky at dusk! It’s been a couple decades since I last saw the Platte. Thanks for the return trip! 🙂

Thanks Tom! I was worried we weren’t going to get a nice sunset because it was pretty hazy. But it just kept changing colors and get prettier as the sun went down.

Must have been quite an experience. The sunset is spectacular. I love the shades of pink and purple.

Gorgeous colors and composition. Just beautiful. Our portion of the ATL sky was … just yellow, like the sun forgot to bring along the extra colors. Anyway, as I said, your images are just beautiful.
