It’s been a busy week around here but we got a lovely little snow yesterday and last night. I was able to take a quick wander across the wintery meadow this morning to find the perfect snowflake. This one fit the bill. So precious. So fragile.

Hi there! I'm Leah. I am a freelance Photographer born and raised in the Southeast US. I have uprooted my life in Macon, Georgia for a new one as an unlikely cowgirl in love with a handsome cowboy in Wyoming. When I moved out here in 2010, we lived and worked on a cattle ranch. In the spring of 2013, we moved to to a temporary place for the summer living on strictly solar and wind energy. I cared for goats, chickens, and attack ducks and while Patrick found new work out here in cowboy country. Over the summer we got our new home placed on 130something acres with beautiful meadows for the cows and horses and Patrick found a great job. My 17 year old orange tabby, Matilda, stuck it out with us until she crossed the rainbow bridge on November 28, 2014. RIP my baby angel.
I hope you enjoy our photo journal on life, love, and the spirit of Wyoming.
