Predator Circling
I watched this black-hawk circle the meadow and then come to a complete stall over his prey. He’d go back to circling and stall in the same spot over and over again. He later took a dive to the ground and I never saw him again. He must have gotten what he came for. Thank goodness I wasn’t close enough to see. I’m a little squeamish at times.

We have a lot of hawks here too. That is a great capture. I have tried and tried to get a shot of the hawks circling over my yard but they are always too fast for me. Hugs

Great shot. I have the same problem as Mag, I am never fast enough. Or my camera is too slow, whichever.

The only “shot” I get of them is with my shot gun! They can just go eat a rabbit and leave my chickens alone!
