Matilda and the Quackers

We are not sure what to make of the ducks that brazenly stalk us at the screen door every morning. What isn’t shown here is the size of her tail. It is puffed up twice as big as it’s normal size and I can’t help but smile as she so earnestly protects her  lady that feeds her.

Nothing like animal – and avian – behavior to keep us all amused, right?

I absolutely love the photo of Matilda and the Quackers. I can only imagine what she is thinking as you can tell in the photo her fur is standing up. I reviewed your catalog of photos on other posts and I am envious as an animal lover. I love nature in its purest form. I work in Macon, GA and I travel along country roads to get there. The scenery is majestic, but enjoy Wyoming! It looks calm and relaxing.

It is quite calm and relaxing. At least it is until the wild wind comes up. Thanks for commenting from my stomping grounds! 🙂
