Snowblind
Well, the weatherman was right and we are buried in it. It hasn’t let up ALL day. Snow still coming down and blowing all around. I’m used to snowfall in April, but not a blizzard. We’ve been waiting for this all winter!

On days like this, do you find yourself checking out the temps in Georgia?

Ha! Yes, and then I think, thank goodness I’m not there!

I’m convinced we’re going to get more snow in Connecticut. I just don’t trust the nice weather we’ve had the past couple of days. I guess this winter has made me untrusting and paranoid…

Wow! We hit 80 today. I had to break out the shorts. It is to go back to being cold later this week, probably your snow producing system moving through. Maybe there isn’t really a Spring anymore? –Pennsylvania

Or maybe this is what springtime has become! Hang in there and don’t put away your sweaters yet. It is dang chilly!

Beautiful photograph. You have white there and here in Georgia it is yellow from all the pollen. Stay warm.

It IS very beautiful. Since you’re getting reports from all over – here in the Pacific northwest it’s an on-and-off light rain day, temps in the low 50’s. Pretty typical. We’ve had a lot of sun breaks lately, and some very pleasant days…and it’s incredibly green everywhere. Cherry trees are just about done, tiny woodland bleeding hearts (Dicentra) just beginning, maple trees flowering, birds singing. And Douglas fir pollen coats the car.
