Empty Nest
Been at a loss for words since the horrific events of last Friday.
My heart aches for those left with an empty nest because of the senseless action of someone with no care for human life. I pray every day that they will somehow find peace in their hearts… although I know that may never happen.
May you find comfort with the ones you love, Newtown.

I share your feelings, Leah. And the photo captures the emptiness.

My heart goes out to the surviving children and all the family’s that have been affected by this violent act. They have my deepest sympathies…

I’m late seeing this. Just the photo alone was enough – it’s really beautiful, like a pencil drawing – but with the words, well, simplicity is best sometimes. So well done!

I’ve been seeing your pictures on Facebook for a little while, I don’t mind saying I’m somewhat envious. What a beautiful talent you have been blessed with. The cowboys make me catch my breath everytime I see one. Anyway, I became a follower tonight..Some of them I can’t tell if they are pictures or paintings or drawings. I enjoy taking pictures, too. Most of the time I like what I do, sometimes I have to take a lot to get 1 or 2 that I like..
Your blog is amazing!

Thank you Glenda! I take a lot too to get just one that I like. It takes time and a lot of practice. I’m glad you enjoy it so much. Thank you for joining me here.
Happy shooting!
